We run two after-school clubs: Churchtown Little Buds for Nursery and Reception, and Butterflies for Years 1–6. Further details about Little Buds are provided below.

Located in the main building - collection is via our dedicated 'Butterflies' doors, to the right of our main school entrance.
At Little Buds we offer after school care for our nursery and reception aged children. The team at Little Buds prides themselves in offer a safe and fun environment for your child with a child centred approach to play and encouragement of developing social skills. During their time in Little Buds your child can engage in a wide variety of free choice play activities including small world, construction, role play and dressing up. They will also have access to craft activities. We also have a comfy, cosy reading corner where the children can read quietly or have a story read to them.
Little Buds children are collected, by the Little Buds team, from their classrooms at the end of the school day and escorted to the Little Buds room in the main school building. On arrival your child will be offered a fruit snack. Later in the session your child will be offered a sandwich snack, either cheese, ham or tuna, which is accompanied with a salad selection and pasta, followed by a dessert. This is a lovely social time for the children as they sit and we chat together.
Little Buds runs from 3.15pm until 5.55pm at a cost of £12.00 per session. To register your child please book via Arbor or contact our school office on 01704 508 500, alternatively we can be contacted via email at office@churchtown.org.uk
