Below, is a booklet full of helpful tips and activities to help during this very sad time.

It is important we look after both our physical health and our mental health & wellbeing. The resources below are designed to help us plan activities we will enjoy to help us look after our mental health and wellbeing.

Winston's Wish

https://winstonswish.org/supporting-you/grief-support-young-people/  is a charity who have a website and telephone number to help children 08452 030405 (phone number)

Cruse Bereavement Support

https://www.hopeagain.org.uk/ is a website created by the charity Cruse. There are lots of videos and advice to help.

Alder Hey 

Alder Hey is a children’s hospital who is here to help. They have a special phone line you can ring to talk to people about how you are feeling 0808 8006019 (phone number)

Childline

Kooth

Kooth (www.kooth.com/)  offer a free, safe and anonymous support for young people who want someone to understand, advice, or help for a friend.

Samaritans
